Annual education contracts to include the following categories

Annual competencies

Including but not limited to-Tracheostomy cares, GI ostomy cares, medication pass, donning and doffing

Quarterly drills

Including but not limited to-Stroke, medical emergency, altered mental status

Monthly onboarding Competencies

Including but not limited to-Handwashing, head to toe assessment, Skin assessment, documentation, intake and output, change in condition

Quarterly education

Including but not limited to-change in condition, sepsis, falls, toileting

Education Plan post corrective action findings

*All education is provided in your facility to accommodate day and night shift staff as well as weekends if needed. We provide all documentation of the competencies and education completed.

Owner: Brandi Buttimer, MSN, RN. Learning and Development Consultant for clinical education, staff development, curriculum/program development and care management. Over 30 years of clinical expertise with recent Critical care, Education and Leadership experience.

All staff have 10+ years of clinical experience with a background in clinical/staff education.
